There is no single carpet cleaning system
that works best for every situation. 

For this very reason IMS uses all IICRC approved cleaning methods.

High moisture extraction methods work best in residential applications where the carpet has padding and vacuum lift is possible.  However in a commercial setting the carpet is directly glued to the slab and vacuum lift is minimal.  In a situation like this low moisture cleaning methods are superior.  Every cleaning situation is different and IMS has the right system for it.
