Our company has used IMS to clean our carpets since we moved into our new office space 2 ½ years ago. They were originally recommended to us by building management. We are very pleased with the service. Everyone on staff is a pleasure to work with. If there have ever been some extra-challenging spots that we felt needed additional efforts, they would always come back to do whatever was needed until we were satisfied.
