Natural stone flooring requires 2 types of maintenance.

• •  Cleaning maintenance which is usually provided by a janitorial firm.

• •  Scratch & Gloss maintenance.  This is what IMS provides.

As wear patterns appear, we remove them.  As gloss begins to dull we polish it.  When scratches show up we make them disappear.
